A BY-LAW OF THE TOWNSHIP OF PICKERING TO APPOINT A WEED INSPECTOR TO
CARRY OUT THE PROVISIONS OF THE WEED CONTROL ACT, IN THE TOWNSHIP OF
PICKERING, DURING THE YEAR 1957.
The Council of the Municipal Corporation of the Township of Pickering
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. THAT JIM (!mss TL`' be and he is hereby appointed WEED
INSPECTOR to carry out the provisions of the Weed Control
Act, in the Township of Pickering, during the year 1957.
2. THAT the duties of the Weed Inspector shall be as set forth
and defined in the said Weed Control Act.
3. THAT the remuneration of the said Weed Inspector shall be
$ D ner hour with___y / Cents allowance per mile for
mileage or travelling expenses while actually engaged in
discharging the duties of the said office.
