A BY-LAW OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF PICKERING TO AMEND BY-
LAW NUMBER 2180., WHICH AUTHORIZED THE SALE OF $ 60*000.00 DEBENTURES.
WHEREAS on November 220 1956, the Ontario Municipal Improvement
Corporation revised their interest rates so that the Schedule "A"
to By-Law Number 2180 is not applicable;
BE IT THEREFORE ENACTED by the Municipal Council of the Township of
Pickering that:
1. The attached Schedule "A" shall be a part of By-Law Number 2180
1111 and the old Schedule abandoned.
2. Clause 5 (a) of By-Law Number 2180 be amended in the second line
by inserting "assessed to Public School Supporters" after the
word "Municipality".
