A BY-LAW TO APPOINT A ROAD SUPERINTENDENT IN THE TOV�ISHIP OF� PICKERING

ita direction:

BE IT THEREFOftE ENACTED Uy the council of the municlpal ::orporation of the eaid
tovrnship and 1t ie hereby enacted:

with the provieions of the said Act from the 12th cl� af Nove�tber 19_�
and during the pleasure ol the sa3,d council, for a probationary period of six
months.
2. That the road suporintendont shtt7.1 ba paid at tho x�ai;e U:C � 6,000.00
per. annum for such time as he mqp be ao employed.

5. THAT two certified copies pf thia bq-law be forwozdan by the clerk without
del�q to the diatrict office of the Municipal Roada Branch� Departmont of Highways.
6. THAT this by-law shall not come into force until approved by the Mini.ater
�o� Highv►qqs� as prmrlded in the Fi3ghw� Improvement Act.
