A BY-LAW OF THE TOWNSHIP OF PTCKFRIXG TO TAKE. Ol'R CERTAIN CEMETII{TES
AS TOWNSHIP PROPERTY AND APPOINT A TOWNSHIP CF1,` ,TF,RY BOARD.
WHEREAS certain Cemeteries in the Township have been unused for many years,
and are now in a bail state of repair, and can be considered abandoned.;
Be it therefore enacted by the Municipal Council of the Township of
Pickering that:
1. The Cemeteries herein listed shall become the property of the Township
of Pickering:
Concession 2, part of south half of Lot 5 - 05 acres
Concession 1, part of north half of Lot 19 - .60 acres
Concession 4, part of north half of Lot 17 - .52 acres
Concession 4, part of north half of Lot 19 - .56 acres
Concession 6, part. of north half of lot 21 - .58 acres
Concession 7, part of north half of lot. 24 - 1. acre
Concession 9, part of south half of Lot? 122 - .33 acres

2. The Cnitetery Board shall comprise a,l1 members of Council.
3. This By-Law shall become effective on the date on which it is approved
by the Department of Health.
