BY-LAW OF THE TOWNSHIP OF PICKERING TO EXTEND THE PERIOD IN WHICH
1ALF LOADS MAY BE DRAWN BY TRUCKS ON TOWNSHIP ROADS.
3E IT ENACTED by the Municipal Council of the Township of Pickering
that
L. No truck shall carry a greater weight than 50% of its licensed
capacity for the period May 1st to May 15th inclusive in the
year 1956,0 as set out in Section 36 (8) of the Highway Traffic
Act.
