A BY-LAW OF THE TOWNSHIP OF PICKERING TO APPOINT AN EMPLOYEE TO
ACT AS BOOKKEEPER, CHAINMAN, ROJ(DMAN AND DRAFTSMAN FOR THE ROAD
DEPARTMENT FOR THE YEAR 1956.
BE IT ENACTED by the Municipal Council of the Township of Pickering
that
1. Clifford Dunkeld be and he is hereby appointed Bookkeeper,
? Chainman, Ro#dman and Draftsman for the Road Department.
2. The said Clifford Dunkeld shall keep the books of the
Road Department in accordance with the Provincial Road
/ , Auditor's requirements and shall assist the Engineer as
Chainman, Rosdman and Draftsman, as required by the said
Engineer.
3. The said Clifford Dunkeld shall commence his duties March 5, 1956,
and shall receive per hour for his services plus
EightCents per mile for use of his car used on Township
business.
