A BY-LAW OF THE TOWNSHIP OF PICKERING TO APPOINT A WEED INSPECTOR
TO CARRY OUT THE PROVISIONS OF THE WEED CONTROL ACT, IN THE
TOWNSHIP OF PICSBRING, DURING THE YEAR 1956.
The Council of the Municipal Corporation of the Township of
Pickering ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
Tha . 611 be and he is hereby appointed WEED
INSPECTOR to carry out the provisions of the Weed Control
Act, in the Township of Pickering, during the year 1956.

That the duties of the Weed Inspector shall be as set
forth and defined in the said Weed Control Act.
IIC That the remuneration of the said Weed Inspector shall be
d 6, per hour with ,4.? Cents allowance per mile
for mileage or travelling expenses while actually engaged
in discharging the duties of the said office.
