A BY-LAW OF THE TOWNSHIP OF PICKERING TO APPOINT A ROAD FOREMAN FOR
THE ROAD DEPARTMENT OF THE TOWNSHIP OF PICKERING.
BE IT ENACTED by the Municipal Council of the Township of Pickering
that:
11 FREbcelc C 14IC-1 0 be and he is hereby appointed Road Foreman
of the Read Department of the Township of Pickering.
2. The duties of the said Read Foreman shall be, to carry out the
requirements of the Road Superintendent (Engineer) and to keep
G' a record of road employeest time and verify same for payment.
3. The remuneration of the said Road Foreman shall be
per hour, and his duties shall commence January 1, 1956.
