l BY-LAW OF THE TOWNSHIP OF PICKETING TO AMEND BY-LAW N71k[BER 1967 AS TO
?OLLING SUBDIVISION NUMBER 3 A.
IR REAS the 1955 Amendments to the Voters' List Act require all names of
voters in double poles to be listed according to lot and plan;
1ND WHEREAS Council be resolution have directed the Clerk to list all names
in the Voters' List alphabetically;
3E IT THEREFORE ENACTED by the Municipal Council of the Township of
?ickering that
A Sub Section 3 A of Section 10 of By-Law Number 1967 be rescinded and
the following inserted therefor.
3 A. All the lots numbered 25 and 26 from lake Ontario to the Second
Concession Line, and Lots 27, 2i?, and 29 from Late Ontario to the
First Concession Line, save and except the two subdivisions known as
Fairport neach and Port. Dunbarton, which comprise parts of the south
halves of lots numbered ?5, 20, 17.
3 B. Comprisint Tots 272 28, 29 in the First Concession.
?2) This By-Law shall become effective on tho date of the final passing;
thereof.
