LREAS it is not desirable that used buildings in every state of
pair and of insufficient size should be moved into the Township

IT THEREFORE ENACTED by the Municipal Council of the Township
Pickering that
No used building may be moved into the Township of Pickering ..

Any person who violates the provisions of this By-Law shall
be subject to a fine of f 50.00 and costs by the Convicting
Magistrate, and such fine and costs shall be recoverable
under the Summary Convictions Act.
