THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF PICKERING
Being a by-law for the purpose of expropriating land required
for the construction of a school for The Public School Board
of Section Number Seven of the Township of Pickering in the
County of Ontario.
WHEREAS The Public School Board of Section
Number Seven of the Township of Pickering in the County of
Ontario deems it necessary in the interests of said Public
School Section to construct a school;
AND WHEREAS for or in connection with said
construction it is necessary to expropriate the lands
hereinafter described;
AND WHEREAS said Public School Board has
requested the Council of the Corporation of the Township of
Pickering to expropriate said .lands;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT ENACTED AND IT IS HEREBY
A
ENACTED as a By-law of the Corporation of the Township of
Pickering by the Council thereof as follows:
1. The lands and -premises more particularly
described in Schedule "A^ to this by-law are hereby expropriated.
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed
this Ninth day of May, A. D. 1955-

SCHEDULE "A"
ALL AND SINGULAR that certain parcel or tract of land and
premises situate, lying and being in the Township of Pickering
and County of Ontario and being composed of part of Lot Number
Thirty (30) in the Third Concession of the said Township, which
said parcel is more particularly described as follows:
PREMISING that the bearing of the west limit of the said Lot
Number Thirty (30) is north seventeen (17) degrees twenty-eight
(28) minutes west and relating all bearings herein thereto;
COMMENCING at a point in the west limit of the said Lot Number
Thirty (30) distant northerly therein One Hundred and Ninety-
eight (198) feet from the south-west angle of the said lot;
THENCE north seventy-one (71) degrees seventeen (17) minutes
east and parallel to the south limit of the said Lot Number
Thirty (30) a distance of Two Hundred and Twenty-five and Fifty
one-hundredths (225.50) feet; THENCE north seventeen (17)
derees twenty-eight (28) minutes west a distance of One Hundred
and Ninety-five (195) feet; THENCE south seventy-one (71)
degrees seventeen (17) minutes west to a point in the said west
limit of Lot Number Thirty (30) a distance of Two Hundred and
Twenty-five and Fifty one-hundredths (225.50) feet; THENCE south
seventeen (17) degrees twenty-ei.-ht (28) minutes east along said
west limit of Lot Number Thirty (30) a distance of One Hundred
and Ninety-five (195) feet to the point of commencement.
