UPOX THE APPLICATIcN of the Corporation of the
Township of Pickering and the Board havingg pursuant to
appoint+nat# and notice of the hearing having been given
in accordance with the directions of the Beard# conducted
a public hearing at the 1,4unicival Offices for the Township
of Piskaringp Brougham# Ontario# of an application for con.
si4oration of its By«law Number 2077 and this said application
having come an for heaaring on the 13th day of April, ",!:. 19559
in the presence of Counsel for the Corporationp Counsel for
an interested property owner and various interasL d property
owners and upon completion of tho wvidence adduced :nd the
arguments of Counsel aand the Board h ving resorved its decision
in order to permit the Council of the Corporation to ascend
the said by4aw in accordance with the suggestions made by
the Beard after hearing the objections of interested owners

and such amendments having been duly made on the 25th day
of April, A.D. 1955, by by-l,,lw passed as number 2090 and
a certified copy of said $y-lays Numbers 2077 and 2090
having been duly filed together with an application for
approval of the said by-law as passed;
THL BOARD ORDERS in pursuance of the powers eon-
taints in the statute hereinbefore referred to that By-law
Number 2077 of the Corporation of the Township of Pickering
passed on the 2nd day of March, A.D. 1955, as amended by
By-law Number 2090 passed on the 25th day of April, A.D.
1955, and the said amending By-law Number 2090, be and the
same are hereby approved without further notice or hearing.

BY-LAW NUMBER 2090
of
THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF PICKERING
being a By-Law to amend By-Law Number 2077 of The Corporation of the
Township of Pickering.
WHEREAS it is deemed necessary to amend By-Law Number
2077 of The Corporation of the Township of Pickering.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT ENACTED AND IT IS HEREBY ENACTED
as a by-law of The Corporation of the Township of Pickering by the
Council thereof as follows:
1. Subsection i of Section (5) of By-Law Number 2077
AA is repealed and the following substituted therefor:

i Residential one family detached dwellings only,
subject to the following provisions:
Minimum Frontage - 150 feet
Minimum area - 2 acres
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this
