ONTARIO THE ONTARIO MUNICIPAL BOARD .. 2 . that By-law Number 2073, passed on the 15th day of February, A.D. 1955s as amended by by-law Number 2088 passed on the 4th day of April, A-D. 1955, and the said amending By-law Number 2088 be and the same are hereby approved. VIL'g-C HZNPRAN. BY-LAW NUMBER 20118 of THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF PICKERING Being a by-law to amend By-law Number 2073 of the Corporation of the Township of Pickering. WHEREAS it is deemed necessary to amend By-law ?Number 2073 of The Corporation of the Township of Pickering. NOW THEREFORE BE IT ENACTED AND IT IS HEREBY ENACTED as a by-law of The Corporation of the Township of Pickering by the Council thereof as follows: 1. Subsection 2 of section 2 of By-law Number 2073 is hereby amended by adding at the end thereof the words "which shall not be used for human habitation" so that the subsection shall read as follows: (2) For the purposes of this By-law, a single-family dwelling means a building occupied, or intended to be occupied as a dwelling by one family alone and containing only one kitchen, and may include usual accessory buildings, which shall not be used for human habitation.
