A BY-LAW OF THE TOWNSHIP OF PICKERING TO REPEAL PART OF BY-LAW NUMBER
2048.
BE IT ENACTED by the Municipal Council of the Township of Pickering:
1. THAT Clause 3 of By-Law Number 2048 reading "Duncan Spang be and
he is hereby appointed Assessor of the Township of Pickering at a
1 salary of $ 2,600.00, commencing January 1, 1955" be and it is
hereby repealed as of February 1, 1955.
2. THAT part of Clause 4 of By-Law Number 2048 reading "Maurise
?. Binsted and Duncan Spang are on a probationary period until
July 1, 1955" be and it is hereby repealed in so far as it
affects Duncan Spang.
3. THAT the said Duncan Spang be paid one month's salary from February
1st, 1955, in lieu of notice.
