A BY-LAW OF THE TOWNSHIP OF PICKERING TO APPOINT MEMBERS TO THE TOWNSHIP
OF PICKERING PLANNING BOARD.
WHEREAS since 1948 the Township of Pickering have been members of the
Pickering-Whitby Townships Joint Planning Board;
AND WHEREAS due to increased work, Council, by resolution, asked that
the joint Planning Board be dissolved in favour of a local Board, and
the Department of Planning have given its approval dated &13 s Ae /
BE IT THEREFORE ENACTED by the Municipal Council of the Township of
Pickering:
.1. THAT the following named Persons be and they are hereby appointed
members-of the Pickering Township Planning Board:
