A BY-L A W of the Municipality of the Township of Pickering to amend
By-Law Number 1942 to exempt certain cattle from Warble-Fly Spraying.
WHEREAS all Township of Pickering cattle have been sprayed for Warble-
Fly in years 1953 and 1954;
AND WHEREAS the regulations of the Warble-Fly Act provide that after two
years' sprayings Council may pass a By-Law exempting:
(a) Cattle not over 6 months of age
(b) Cattle over 3 years of age that are free from Warble grubs.
BE IT THEREFORE ENACTED by the Municipal Council of the Township of
Pickering that:
1(1) Commencing March 1. 1955,, the following cattle need not be
sprayed for Warble-Fly:
(a) Cattle not over 6 months of age.
(b) Cattle over 3 years of age that are free from Warble grubs.
`.71 (2) By-Law shall become effective on the approval of the Minister of
Agriculture.
