A BY-LAW OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF THE TOWNSHIP OF PICKERING TO TAKE OVER
ROADS IN PLANS 558 and 507 AND THE ROAD INTO SCHOOL SECTION 18 SCHOOL-
HOUSE IN BROKEN FRONT, RANGE 2, LOT 34.
BE IT ENACTED by the Municipal Council of the Township of Pickering:
1. THAT Stonehurst Avenue and Jomar Avenue in Plan 558 be and they are
hereby declared Township roads as of the date of the passing of this
By-Law.
2. THAT Grajson,Road and Hillsview Avenue in Plan 507 be and they are
hereby declared Township roads as of the date of the passing of this
By-Law.
3. THAT road in north half of Lot 34. Concession-B.F. R. 2, which extends
from a point approximately 1040 feet south of Island Road on east limit
of sideline between Lots 34 and 35, then extends easterly to the Rouge
Hills West Schoolhouse, be and it is hereby declared a Township road as
of the date of the passing of this By-Law.
