A BY-LAW TO APPOINT A SCHOOL ATTENDANCE OFFICER FOR THE MUNICIPALITY OF
THE TOWNSHIP OF PICKERING, FOR THE YEAR 1955.
The Municipal Council of the Corporation of the Township of Pickering
ENACTS as follows:
1. That C,. 6?? be and he is hereby appointed School
Attendance Officer for the said Municipality for the year 1955.
2. That the duties of the said School Attendance Officer shall be
as prescribed by the School Attendance Act and by the Act
amending same, and by any regulations which have been or may
hereafter, during the year 1955, be adopted by the Department
of Education of Ontario respecting such duties.
3. That the said School Attendance Officer, for his said services,
shall receive a yearly salary of and :08 Cents
per mile allowance for mileage or travelling expenses while actually
engaged in discharging the duties of the said office.
