A BY-LAW OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF THE TOWNSHIP OF PICKERING TO APPOINT A
FIRE AREA COMMITTEE FOR FIRE AREA NO. 1
WHEREAS the Electors of Fire Area No. 1, have, at their Annual Meeting,
appointed new Members to the Fire Committee, and same should be confirmed
by By-Law;
BE IT THEREFORE ENACTED by the Municipal Council of the Township of
Pickering:
1. That the Committee for Fire Area No. 1, for the year 1955, shall be:
Chairman ------------------ Mr. R. B. Wells
Vice-Chairman s:•---------- Mr. P. Comport
Secretary-Treasurer-------- Mr. R. L. Elliott
Member -------------------- Mr. G. Morgan
Member--------------------- Mr. Murray Brown
2. That the said Committee shall hold office for the year 1955, and
n,fA until Successors shall be appointed in their place.
3. That all By-Laws contrary to or inconsistent, with this By-Law
91 are hereby repealed.
