A BY-LAW OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF THE TOWNSHIP OF PICKERING TO APPOINT
A BY-LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICER
BE IT ENACTED by the Municipal Council of the Township of Pickering:
hp 1. THAT Arthur J. Thompson be and he is hereby appointed By-Law
Enforcement Officer of the Township of Pickering.
2. THAT the duties of the said By-Law Enforcement Officer shall
be to enforce all Township By-Laws and collect license fees w,A

3. All By-Laws reading that other persons shall enforce certain
By-Laws shall be amended to read that the By-Law shall be

enforced by the,"By-Law Enforcement Officer" except those
pertaining to speed of travel of vehicles6oarm or' rice TA'/` C0 Al GL?Jf /oN
4. The salary of the said By-Law Enforcement Officer shall be
set by another By-Law.
