A RY-LAW OF THE MUNICTPALITY OF THE TOWNSHTP OF PICKERTNG TO REGULATE THE
OPERATTNG OF RnWTTNG ALLEYS TN'THE TOWNSHTP OF PICKERTNG.
THE MUNTCTPAL COUNCTI. OF THE TOWNSHIP OF PICKERTNG ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. All persons who operate for gain in the Townshin of Pickering amT
Bowline Allev must, first secure a license for same before commencing
business.
2. The fees for such license shall be $ 5.00 per vear per allev and
shall be secured from the Treasurer nr LicenseInsr)ector after annrnval
has been Eranted }hir the Township Council, and such license shall exn;re
December V st in each vear.
3• Such licenses may be suspended by Council on the recommendation of
d'7 Police Chief on Frounds that onerator fails to keen an orderlv place
of business.
4. Any person violatine anv of the provisions of this By-Law shall ho
subiect to a fine not exceeding $ 50.00 and costs by the Convictine
Mae,istrate, recoverable under the Summary Convictions Act.
6 5. All Ry-Laws contrary to or inconsistent with this Ry-Law he and the
same are herebv repealed.
