A BY-LAW OF THE TOWNSHIP OF PICKERING TO APPOINT AUDITORS FOR THE
TOWNSHIP OF PICKERING.
v WHEREAS for the past fifteen years Messrs. Monteith and Monteith
have audited the accounts of the Township of Pickering;
AND WHEREAS the firm of Monteith and Monteith has now been changed
to Monteith, Monteith and Riehl;
BE IT THEREFORE ENACTED BY THE MUNICIPAL COUNCIL OF THE TOWNSHIP
OF PICKERING that:
(1) Messrs. Monteith, Monteith and Riehl be and they are hereby
appointed Auditors of the Township of Pickering.
2) The said firm of Monteith, Monteith and Riehl shall perform
fV_ such duties as are prescribed in Chapter 243, Sections 245 to
^(3) The said Auditors be paid a fee as determined by Resolution
from time to time by Council.
BY-LAW read a First and Second time this 3o day of yr 1954
252 inclusive, R.S.O., 1950, advise the Staff of better methods
of bookkeeping and make recommendations to Council of such
matters as would, in their opinion, improve the audit or
management.
