A BY-LAW OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF THE TOWNSHIP OF PICKERING TO PROVIDE
FOR THE SANITARY INSPECTOR TO ACT FOR THE MEDICAL OFFICER OF HEALTH
UNDER BY-LAW NUMBER 2018.
BE IT ENACTED by the Municipal Council of the Township of Pickering
that:
1. Dr. P. J. W. Loos be and he is hereby appointed to act for the
Medical Officer of Health in enforcing By-Law No. 2018 being a
By-Law to regulate the installation of Septic Tanks, etc.
2. The remuneration of the said Dr. Loos shall be that he be permitted
to use for his own purposes the Five Dollar fee for inspection.
3. The duties of the said Dr. Loos shall be as prescribed in By-Law
Number 2018 and under the Public Health Act.
k4. This By-Law will be effective from the date of its passing.
