BY-LAW NUMBER 2. lYOF THE CORPORATION OF THE TO'PINSHIP OF PICK ERING,
SETTING APART A TOWNSHIP SCHOOL AREA OF THE TOWNSHIP OF PICKERING
SCHOOL AREA NUMBER 2.
WHEREAS it is expedient that a Township School area be set apart;
THEREFORE the Council of the Township of Pickering, pursuant to the
authority conferred by subsection 1 of Section'15 of the Public
Schools Act, R.S.O. 1950, Chapter 316, ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. The portion of the Township described in Section 2 hereof is
hereby set apart as a Township School Area.
it 2. The said Township School Area shall consist of
(1) All of School Section Number 2, containing
(a) All lots 15 to 23 inclusive in Concession Broken
Front, Range Two.
(b) All lots 15 to 23 inclusive in Concession Broken
Front, Range 3.
(c) All south half of lots 15 to 22 inclusive in Concession
One.
(d) All north half of lots 18 to 22 inclusive in Concession
One, excepting those lands north of Highway Number 2
in Lot 18.
(e) West half of south half of Lot 22 in Concession 2.
(f) All north half of Lot 23 in Concession 2.
(2) All of School Section Number 3 East, containing
(a) All lots 27 to 29 inclusive in Concession Broken
Front, Range 2.
(b) All lots 24 to 29 inclusive in Concession Broken
Front, Range 3
(c) All lots 23 to 29 inclusive in Concession 1.
(d) South half of Lot 23, Concession 2.
(e) All of Lot 24, Concession 2.
(3) All of School Section Number 3 West containing
(a) All of Lots 30 to 35 inclusive north of the Rouge
River in Concession fir, Broken Front, Range 2 -
Broken Front, Range 3, Concession 1.
(4) That part of School Section Number 4 West which lies
nort h of No. 2 Highway in Lot 18, Concession 1, and the
sout h halves of Lots 1$-19-20-21 and east half of south
half of Lot 22, all in Concession 2.
(5) That part of School Section Number 6, which lies in the
nort h halves of Lots 20-21-22 in the Second Concession.
(6) That part of School Section Number 7, which lies in the
sout h halves of Lots 25 and 26 in the Second Concession.

The Board of School Trustees of the said Township School Area is
hereby designated as "Township of Pickering School Area Number 2".
i 4• On and after the 25th day of December, 1954, the School Sections

included in the said Township School Area shall cease to exist as
separate School Sections, and the School Board having jurisdiction
in such Sections shall be dissolved.
5. This By-Law shall take effect from the .4-1, day of ??.
