A BY-LAW OF THE P4UNICIPALITY OF THE TOWNSHIP OF PICKERING TO APPOINT
A FIRE AREA COMMITTEE FOR FIRE AREA NO. 1
WHEREAS the Electors of Fire Area No. 1, have, at their Annual
Meeting, appointed new Members to the Fire Committee, and same
should be confirmed by By-Law;
BE IT THEREFORE ENACTED by the Municipal 0ouncil of the Township
of Pickering:
1. THAT the Committee for Fire Area No. 1, for the year 1954,
shall be:
Chairman -------- Mr. R. B. Wells
Assistant Chairman--Mr. P. Comport
Secretary-Treasurer--Mr. R. L. Elliott
Member ------------ Mr. G. Morgan

Member ------------ Mr. W. Jackson
THAT the said Committee shall hold office for the year 1954,
and until Successors shall be appointed in their place.
THAT all By-Laws contrary to or inconsistent with this By-Law
are hereby repealed.
