A BY-LAW OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF THE TOWNSHIP OF PICKERING TO APPOINT
MEMBERS TO THE PICKERIPG-WHITBY TOWNSHIPS JOINT PLANNING BOARD.
BE IT ENACTED by the Municipal Council of the Corporation of the
Township of Pickering:
1. That the following named persons shall be added to the Planning
Board representing the Township of Pickering for the year 1954
and until their successors have been appointed:
BYRON A. BURRITT, as a Member, and CLARE A BALSDON to represent
the Township Council, who will act with previously appointed
lb, members, namely:
ROY MORRISH, appointed to December 31, 1954
VAUGHAN WILLARD, appointed to December 31, 1955,
and GEORGE T. TODD, who will sit until December 31, 1954, by
reason of his being the Head of the designated Municipality.
2. That all By-Laws contrary to or inconsistent with this By-Law
are hereby repealed.
3. That this By-Law will come into force on approval of the
Department of Planning and Development.
