A BY-LAW OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF PICKERING TO ANIEND BY-LAW
NUMBER 1970.
BE IT ENACTED by the Municipal Council of the Township of Pickering:
1 THAT that part of Section 5 of By-Law No. 1970 reading "Commencing
in the year 1954" be amended to read "Commencing in the year 1955".
2. THAT that part of Section 8 of By-Law No. 1970 reading "The Corporation
shall have the right, at its option, to redeem debentures maturing in
the year 1973 of such issue" be changed to read "The Corporation shall
have the right, at its option, to redeem debentures maturing in the
year 1974 of such issue".
