of the Municipal Council of the Township of Pickering, to
PROVIDE FOR PETTY CASH FUNDS for the Treasurer and the Collector.
WHEREAS Chapter 70, Section 6, of the 1553 Amendments of the
(Ok Municipal Act provides for Petty Cash Funds :-
BE IT THEREFORE ENACTED by the Municipal Council that :-
1. The Treasurer shall provide Fifty Dollars ($50.00)
for the Collector to enable him to make change.
2. The Treasurer be provided with a sum not exceeding
Seventy Five Dollars ($75.00) per month to enable

him to pay small accounts and to purchase stamps.
3. The Treasurer keep a proper Petty Cash book(showing
all receipts and disbursements) and vouchers for
such disbursements, and same shall be audited by
the Townships Auditors.
