A BY-LAW OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF THE TOWNSHIP OF PICKERING TO
APPOINT MEMBERS TO THE PICKERING-WHITBY TOWNSHIPS JOINT PLANNING
BOARD.
WHEREAS the Members under By-law No. 1939 are :-
Cyril E. Morley Appointed to December 31.1953•
Clare A. Balsdon it it " 31.1953•
Roy Morrish " it " 31.1954.
M. Vaughan Willard it it " 31.1955•
BE IT THEREFORE ENACTED by the Municipal Council of the Township
of Pickering, that the Planning Board Members, representing the
Township of Pickering, shall be as follows:-
Appointed to December 31.1954

i (representing the Council)
Appointed to December 31.1955
CSC Appointed to December 31.1956,
and until new appointments are made.
