A BY-LAW TO APPOINT POUND-KEEPERS and FENCEVIEWERS for the
Municipality of the TOWNSHIP OF PICKERING for the YEAR 1954•
The Municipal Council of the Township of Pickering ENACTS as
follows :-
That the following named persons be and they are
hereby appointed POUND-KEEPERS for the Municipality
of the Township of Pickering for the year 1954,
that is to say :-
Fred A. Major
Thomas Norton
Archie Bell
Allen Myers
William Middleton
Elmer Annis
John Baxter Williard Collins
Lorne Jones W.E.Bryant
Robt W.Balsdon Burnett Jamieson
A. Bunker P. Wellman
Alfred Michell Mervin Annis
Carl Rogers.
2. That the following named persons be and they are
hereby appointed FENCEVIEWERS of the Municipality
e of the Township of Pickering for the year 1954,
that is to say :-
Mel Bryant Lewis Jones Leonard Gates
F. Puckrin Percy Neale Howard E. Turner
J. 0. Spang W. B. Milne B?•
W. H. Carson.
3. That the POUND-KEEPERS and FENCEVIEWERS appointed
hereunder shall continue to hold office as such
respectively after the expiration of the year 1954
until such time as their successors shall have been
appointed in the year 1955. The fee for each fence
oW
viewing inspection shall be $%J_ and
cents per mile mileage one way.
