HomeMy WebLinkAboutBy-law 1974B Y- L A W N U M B E R 1 9 7 4 A BY-LAW OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF THE TOWNSHIP OF PICKERING TO RESTRICT RECENTLY APPROVED PLANS OF SUBDIVISION TO VARIOUS USES. WHEREAS Section 390 of the Planning Act provides that By-Laws may be passed by Councils of Local Municipalities for prohibiting the use of land for or except for such purposes as may be set out in the By-Law within any defined area or areas, or upon land abutting on any defined Highway or part of highway, commercial uses shall include retails stores, restaurants, personal services, but not manufacturing or assembly of parts; BE IT THEREFORE ENACTED by the Municipal Council of the Township of Pickering that: 1.
