WHEREAS the County of Ontario have Deeded to the Township of Pickering ?. a certain part of the Sideline between Lots 1,9 and 19 in the First Concession known as the Brock Road, and requested that the Townshic close same for them. AND _NHET7?,AS the Clerk of the Township of Pickerin;; has posted signs and advertise-cT-in the Local Newspaper the Closin of the said road in accordance with the Road Closing Act, and tr,ere has not been cause shown, in the opinion of Council why the Road should not be closed. BE IT THMEFOR ENACTED by the Municipal Council of the Township of--Ficker3ng: - - 1. ALL AND SINGULAR that certain parcel or tract of land and b-'(• premises s ua e, lying and bein in the township of Pick- ering and County of Ontario and being c01r<p03ed of that part of the Road Allowance between Lots 'lumbers Eighteen (18) and Nineteen (19) in the P'i.rst Concession of the said Township, which is more pa-ticularly described as follows: PREMISING THAT the bearin- of the Nest Limit of Lot Plumber E37,fiteen j187 in the said First Concession is north seven- teen (17) degrees six (6) minutes, ten (10) seconds west, and relating all bearings used herein thereto: COM!,'iENCING at the north-west an-le of the said Lot (lumber 6Thf'een 18): TIT-ENCE south seventy-three (73) degrees eighteen (18) minutes west a distance of 55.1_!.0 feet: TF?'NCE south twenty-nine (29) degrees, fourteen (11{) niinufes, twenty (20) seconds east to a point in the said west limit of Lot dumber eighteen (18) a distance of 265.52 feet: THENCE north seventeen (17) degrees, six (6) minutes ten (10 seconds west along said west limit a distance of 257.24 feet to the point of conmiencement. ` 2, WFEN this By-Law shall save been duly confirmed and approved, Y 71. the said Allowance for Road shall be sold in a manner as directed and required by Law and for a price that shall be satisfactory to the Council of the Corporation, and on sale thereof shall be deeded to the purchaser. 3.
