A By-Law of the 11unicipality of the Township of Pickering
to appoint a Warble Fly inspector for the year 1953•
Ey !KP'R'AS the Council passed `kv-Law Us. 1942 whereby the
Township of Pickering is now under the 'War'ole r'ly Pict.
RF IT TFEREFOORr E[?ACTED by the municipal Council of
the Township of Pickering that:
1. Mr. Charles MaTaggart be, and he is hereby appointed
Warble Fly cOntrol Inspector for the township of
Pirkerinq, and that he be paid for his services
$1.25 per hour, and receive the sum of OB¢ per
ob? mile on the use of his car necessarily travelled
on Township business.
2. The said Warble Fly Inspector shall comply with
the Regulations of the Warble Fly Hct, collect
all fees and pay same over to the Township Treasurer
as collected.
