A By-Law #-- of the Municipality of the Township of Pickering,
to appoint a Fire Area Committee for Fire Area.No.l.
WHEREAS the Electors of Fire Area No. 1, have, at their
00. Annual Meeting, appointed new Members to the Fire Committee,
and same should be confirmed by By-Law.
BE IT THEREFORE ENACTFD by the Municipal Council of the
Township of Pickering that :-
(1) The Committee for Fire Area No, l,for the year 1953, shall be -
Chairman - - - - - - - - - - - R. B. Wells,
Assistant Chairman - - - - - - - - - Percy Comport
Secretary - - - - - - - - - R. L. Elliott,
Members - - - - - - - - - - W. G. Fairgrieve,
- - - - - - - - - - Donald Turnbull
aAb (2) That the said Committee shall hold office for the year
1953, and until Successors shall be appointed in their place.
(3) All By-Laws contrary to or inconsistant with this Fsy-Law
