A BY-LAW OF THE MUNICIPAL COUNCIL OF THE TOWNSHIP OF PICKERING TO LEVY
A TAX RATE ON PUBLIC SCHOOL SECTION NUMBER 4 WEST FOR THE YEAR 1953.
y/ WHEREAS the Public School Board of School Section No. 4 West have
r- requested the sum of Seven Thousand Dollars ($7,000.00) for the
operation of their Section;
BE IT THEREFORE ENACTED BY THE MUNICIPAL COUNCIL OF THE TOWNSHIP OF
PICKERING:
1. THAT there be raised, levied and collected from and upon all
rateable property in the said Public School Section No. 4 West
in the year 1953 the rate of Seven decimal 9 Mills (7.9), which
will raise the sum of $ 7,035.19.
BY-LAW read a First and Second time this 26th day of February, 1953.
BY-LAW read a THIRD time and PASSED this 26th day of February, 1953.
