1. THAT Pighbush Trail, in Plan 316 be, on completion of the
pronosed work a set out in Schedule "A" to this By-Law, a
Township road.
2. THAT 60;' of the costs of bringing said Hi,-hbush Trail to the stan-
dard of a Township road be a r}iar,^e r?-ainst ill owners whose pro-
perty abuts or is benefited by said road, and be levied in equal
shares over t'le gears 1953, 195)I, 1P55, 19,6, 191,7, and collected
as taxes.

The Municipal Corporation of the Township of Pi_ckerinr-, in the CountTr and
Province of Ontario, herein called the "CORYORATIONrr
WHFRFAS by Petition the Owners

Public Road:
Hiahbush Trail, in Plan 3)_16;
have requested this I-orporation to create certain
road and assume same as a Township of Pickering
AND WHFRFAS the said Corporation has a-reed to make such improvements upon the

NOW THIS AGR77q7TTT WITNFSSFTH THAT the said Corporation will extend on its own
authority, and in its own manner, and so as not to exceed Six Thousand, Six
Hundred and Seventy-Four Dollars anal Sixtzr Cents ($6,67}..60) upon rebuildinf,,
the road foundation and culverts upon the said roads, and providing suitable
draina-'e; the said Corporation will levy upon its 7eneral. rete FORTY PERCPINT
O10/) of such expenditure and the Owners will n-, on levy thereof in the vears
19?? to 1957 inclusive, the other SIXTY PFR('FNT (6010 of the said total cost,
or T'VFLVS PFRCFNT (124!) of the said total. cost in each of the said five Nrears;
each of the Owners whose property abuts directly on the work or upon lane
immediately benefitted by the work, pa•ri.nfr an equal share, the one with an-a
other one of them, in each of the said five annun] levies; that each of the
s=aid Owners covenant that he, sne or t'nev are owners in fee simple of their
respective lands, and that the said Corporation mav, if they wish, register
this Agreement, or a cony of name, in the RegistrIr Office for t}ie ReaJst.ry
