Freeman a temporary Constable for the South Pickeri.nm Police Force, and such appointment req,iires confirmation by Council; BE IT THEREFORE RITACTF;D 3v TuE MTiTTICIPAI, COTTNCII, OF THE TOWTSHIP OF PICKERING fy,4'j. (1) THAT David Freeman be and he is hereby appointed a temporary constable of the South Pickering Police Force. (2), THAT the salary of the said Constable shall be at the rate of 2,200.00 per .Tear, and his duties shall commence. on October 15th, 1952. BY-LAW read a First and Second time this T)AV OF 195?
