A RY-LADY STOPPTK(' UP AND SAL;,' OF A PART OF A CERTAIN ROAD ALLOVJANCF IN THE TOWNSHIP OF PTCKFRT(d,. g WHFRF.AS the original roars allowance for a town4h1p road between Lots 7-2 in the Third Concession of the Township of Pickering is not required for road purposes, and it is deemed expedient that it should be stopped up and closed as a public highwan; AND '#RTMAS notices of intention to close said road allowance have appeared n the local newspaper for four consecutive weeks immediately prior to the passinrr of this '3,r-Law; AND WHEREAS no person or pPrsnns have appeared before this Council re--isterina disapproval to the closinrr, of said road allowance;,4-a ° TCTPAL COirNCTL OF THE TOwNRUTY OF RE IT TMMP1FORE rNACTRn Rv THI' TMT PTCKFRTNG: r-,,& fg{l ) That the north 3/1? of sideline between Lots 211-25 in the Thud Con esston of the Township of rickerinF, be and the same is hereby stopped up and closers as a public hi.ohwav and is herPhy declared to be no loner a public hirrhwav. ;U){ ,(2) When thi.e Ry-Law shall have been d111_7 confi.^med and approved, the said allowance for road shall be sold in a manner as directed and required by law and for a price that shall be satisfactory to the Council of the Corporation, and on sale thereof shall be deeded to the purchaser. V,,4?(3) This Rv-Law shall come into force and take effect at once after it shall have been confirmed by the Council of the Corporation of the County of Ontario and received the approval of the local Judge.
