WHEREAS Council have approved the appointment of two extra full time e'#4 ' Cons ables, and the Police Commission have made the appointments; AND WHEREAS Council have approved the raising of Constables Walter H ggins an3 Gordon Channing from Third Class to Second Class at an increased salary of $200.00; BE IT THEREFORE ENACTED BY THE MUNICIPAL COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOW HIP::OF PICA : ??? (1) THAT M ! ?of Z"r'5r ? Y, •1+??and Mr. of GYM and they are hereby appointed probationary Constables at a salary of $2,200.00 per annum, commencing???,? (2) THAT Constables Walter Higgins and Gordon Channing be promoted to Second Class Constables, and that their salaries shall be $2,600.00 per annum, commencing January 1, 1952.
