A BY-LA'N TO APPOINT A WEED INSPECTOR TO CARR`r OUT THE PROVISIONS OF
THE WEED CONTROL ACT, IN THE TOWNSHIP OF PICKRRING, DARING THE VEAR
1952.
THE COUNCIL OF TLTF, NTTIDTICIPAL CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF PICKYRINr,
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS;
1. That *111.,f be and he is hereby appointed Weed
Inspector, to carry out the provisions of the Weed Control
Act, in the Township of Pickering, during- the )*ear 19;9.
2. That the duties of the °Veed Inspector shall be as set forth
f}' and defined in the said 'Need Control Act.
3. That the remuneration of the said !Need Inspector shall be
-o 0 cents per hour with cents allolvance for mile-
a-e or travelling expenses while actually enga,7ed in discharo-
inn the duties of the said office.
