Wg-EREAS for the past (about) one hundred years the travelled portion sideline between Lots 2)} and 25 in the, Third Concession of the Township or YickerinF has deviated from the orimi_nal survev around a hill so as to rive a better -ride; AND 'AFTFRFAS R. C. Reesor, own,ir of the lands on whicYk the present road is now -rave _ed, has requested that the Townshit> deed him the original survey for that part of his propert- now used; AND WHEREAS the Clerk has posted notices conforming*_ to the Act relative to the clos!Fi of said road and no person or agent has objected to same; BE IT THPRFFORE Er?f?CTl:D H TH': ;"?7TIC7YnL "MU",-!T, OF TT" T"'I 01,' YICKRRTPd x: 1.
