of the Municipal Council of the TOWNSHIP OF PICKERING, to
repeal By-law Number 1870 entitled "A By-law to restrict
certain parts of the Township of Pickering for residential
purposes only":
BE IT THEREFORE_ENACTED by the Municipal Council of the
Township of Pickering that :-
1. By-law No. 1870 be and the same is hereby
repealed.
2. The Clerk advise the Municipal Board not to
+ proceed with any further hearings in this
regard.
