By-law to appoint a Board of Management for the Claremont
Community Memorial Athletic Field and Park and of the
Claremont Community Hall.
.j BE IT FNACTED by the Municipal Council of the Corporation
of the Township of Pickering ;-
1. THAT ..Dr. N.F•Tomlinson, (President), Mr.Peter

Treasurer), Donald Hedr*es and Milton Peg; -

be and they are hereby appointed Members of the Board
of Management of the Claremont Community Memorial Athletic
Field and Park and of the Claremont Community Hall, to hold
office as such during the year 1951, and until successors
shall be appointed.
2. THAT
Members of this Council, be also hereby appointed Members
I? of the said Board for the year 1951, and until successors
shall be appointed.
3. THAT By-law No. 1740 of this Corporation and all
other By-laws or parts of By-laws contrary to or inconsistent

with the provisions of this by-law, be and the same are
y hereby repealed.
