of the Municipality of the Township of Pickering, to appoint
a MEMBER to the Township of Pickering HIGH SCHOOL BOARD.
WHEREAS By-law No. 1796 appointed the following persons as
Members to the Township of Pickering High School Board for
the years shown :-
Burnett Jamieson,
Balsam, Ontario,
1950. 1951
Sidney Pugh,
Percy Neale,
Locust Hill, R.R.1
Whitby, R.R.1
1950
1950, 1951, 1952.
AND WHEREAS the High School Act requires retiring Members to
be appointed at the last regular Council meeting in each
year:
BE IT THEREFORE ENACTED by the Municipal Council of the
Township of Pickering that SIDNEY PUGH -
be and he is hereby appointed HIGH SCHOOL MEMBER for the
Township of Pickering, for the years 1951, 1952 and 1953•
BY-LAW read a First and Second time this Twenty-ninth day
of December, 1950.
BY-LAW read a THIRD time and PASSED this Twenty-ninth day
of December, 1950.
