WHEREAS Council believe that certain games, such as PIN-BALL, 1111,114 shou=be permitted in the Township providing that such gs do not pay off in money. Any person upon conviction before a Magistrate or a Justice of the Peace, shall be fined for the first offence the sum of $50.00 (FIFTY DOLLARS) and costs, and for a second, or any subsequent offence, the sum of $100.00 (ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS) and costs, and the same shall be recoverable under the Summary Convictions Act. that the said License (as Schedule "A" attached hereto) shall be exhibited in a prominent place on the premises where the licensed machine, or machines, are located. NO PERSON MAY PLAY THESE GAMES (1) Who is under the age of SIXTEEN years (2) Who creates undue noise (3) Between the hours of 12 o'clock Midnight and 8.00 A.M. THIS LICENSE IS NOT TRANSFERABLE.
