Of the Municipality of the TOWNSHIP OF PICKERING to appoint
Members for the PICKERING-WHITBY TOWNSHIPS JOINT PLANNING BOARD.
WHEREAS By-law No. 1754 as amended by By-law No. 1755, provided that
the Members of the said Board should be :-
Cyril Morley - for three years
Roy Morrish - for two years
Joseph Banigan- for one year
Clare Balsdon - " " It (Member of Council)
AND WHEREAS Joseph Banigan has resigned as a Member of said Board
due to his having moved to the City of Toronto:
BE IT THEREFORE ENACTED by the Municipal Council of the Township
of Pickering:- //,, ss??
v (1) That .K?i?`4w-t . be and he is hereby
appointed Member of the Planning Board for a term of
three years.
OV6 (2) That be and he is hereby
appointed Member of the Planning Board as a representative
of Council for one year.
(3) That as Joseph Banigan has been Chairman of the
said Planning Board for past year, and has been an
extremely valuable member and is still interested in
the work, that he be appointed an Honorary Member of
the said Board.
