to take over
WHEREAS Registered Plan No. 350 in ROUGE HILLS provides for
a road 66 feet wide and approximately 2,800 feet long, called
Drive:
AND WHEREAS this road has been built to the satisfaction of
our Road Superintendent:
AND WHEREAS, by resolution, the Council have agreed to take
over said road:
BE IT THEREFORE ENACTED by the Municipal Council of the TOWNSHIP
/
of PICTURING, that Oakmount Drive, in Plan 350, be and is i~reby
declared a public Township road as of the date of the final
passing of this By-law.
BY-LAW read a First and Second time this day
