Of the MUNICIPAL COUNCIL of the TOWNSHIP OF PICKERING, to
make an increase in the salary of the ROAD SUPERINTENDENT.
WHEREAS at a meeting of Council held on November 1st, 1949,
an increase in the salary of the ROAD SUPERINTENDENT was
made, and it is now deemed necessary to confirm this increase
by By-law;
BE IT THEREFORE ENACTED by the Municipal Council of the
Township of Picketing, that the salary of Roy Ward, as Road
Superintendent, be increased from $2,100.00 to $2,400.00 (Two
Thousand and Four Hundred Dollars) per year, such increase
to be effective from October 1st, 1949; and all by-laws
contrary to or inconsistent with this by-law shall be repeale~
BY-LAW read a first and second time this First day of
December, 1949.
BY-LAW read a THIRD TIME AND FINALLY PASSED,
this First day of December, 1949.
