of the Nunlcipality of the Township of Pickering, to
alter certain boundaries of Polling Sub-divisions, and
to create a new Sub-division.
WHEREAS Council have been requested by certain ratepeyers
to have Polling Sub-division No.4 divided;
AND VfHEREAS there are more than three hundred (300)
ratepayers in Polling Sub-division No. 4;
BE IT THER~FORE ENACTED by the Municipal Council of the
T0';~SHIP OF PICEERING:-
(1) That the boundaries of Polling Sub-division
No. 4 shall be - ell the lots numbered 31 to 33
inclusive which lie east of the Rouge River from
Lake Ontario to No. 2 Provincial Highway.
(2) That a new Polling Sub-division numbered
shall comprise all the lots numbered 31 to 35 inclusive
from No.2 Provincial Highway and being east of the
Rouge River to the Second Concession line.
(3) Th~ Clause 4 of By-law No. 1751 be end the
same is hereby repeale~.
(4) That this By-law shall come into effect on
the date of the final passing thereof.
