WHE~a~A~ Toynevele Road in registered plan numbered 350 w~uns from side line betwesn Township Lots 30 and 31 to side line between Township Lots 32 and 33 - a distance of half a mile, and - - .... Rougemount Drive in registered plan numbered 350 which runs from No.2 Highway on the north to Pine Ridge Road on the south a distance of 2,666 feet, - - were taken over and resurfacsd by the Department of Highways about nine years ago from C. White & Company acting for the Toyne Estate. AND RR~REAS the Department of Highways took over said roads as a temporary measure when they were building No.EA Highway, and are now anxious to be relieved of their upkeep: A~ WHEREAS it has been verbally agreed th~ the Township would take over said roads provided the Department of Highways would resurface said roads and this has now been done to the satisfaction of the Council of the Township of Plckering: BE IT THEREFORE ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE T0~SHIP OF PICE~RING; (a) That TOYNEVALE ROAD in Plan 350 shall be taken over by Plckering Township es a Township Road. (b) That ROUGEMOUNT DRIVE in Plan 350 shall be taken over by Pickering Township as a Township Road. (c) That the transfer of said roads shall involve no money. (d) That this By-law shall become effective on the date approval is given by the Department of Highways.
